Premises and Basic Lease Information. 1.1 Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease, those certain premises (the “Premises”) described in Article 1.1.1 below, as well as the right to use, in common with others, the Common Areas (as hereinafter defined).
