Premiere. HERE’S initial exhibition of the Programs will constitute a premiere in both standard and nonstandard television formats and Internet distribution in the Territory.
Premiere. Upon the condition that Lender and Director fully and faithfully perform all of the material services and obligations required to be performed by Lender and Director hereunder and that neither Lender nor Director are in material uncured default hereunder, Company shall provide Director plus one (1) guest with an invitation to attend all major United States celebrity premiere(s) and all major film festivals (if any) of the Picture. If any individual receives travel and expenses to any premiere or film festival, and in the event any such premiere or festival is more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from Director's then current place of residence, Company shall use reasonable good faith efforts to require the distributor of the Picture to provide Director with the following: (i) one (1) round-trip air transportation, if available and if used (only if such transportation is provided to other non-cast members); (ii) hotel accommodations (room and tax only) (only if such accommodations are provided to any other non-cast member); and (iii) reasonable expenses incurred in connection with or arising from the attendance of Director at any such premiere or festival (only if such expenses are reimbursed for any other non-cast member). All provisions contained in this Paragraph 16 shall be on a most favored nations basis with all other producers rendering services in connection with the Picture (ie, if any other producer is accorded air transportation, accommodations and/or expenses for any premiere or festival, Director shall also receive air transportation, accommodations and/or expenses for such premiere or festival). If Director receives the same or similar benefits under the terms of a "Literary Purchase Agreement" between Purchaser and Lender dated April 1, 2007, then Director shall be only entitled to such premiere invitations and/or transportation and expenses so as not cause a duplication of benefits accorded to Director hereunder.
Premiere. Some co-producers require that the premiere of a co-production takes place at the co-producer's location. In the event that the CO-PRODUCER decides to show the finished PRODUCTION, a separate performance agreement shall be drafted and concluded. See "Guest performance agreement" model contract. In the event that the CO-PRODUCER provides the ENSEMBLE with a residence in connection with the PRODUCTION, a separate residence agreement shall be concluded. See "Residence agreement" model contract.
Premiere. Investor shall be provided with one (1) invitations to attend the initial domestic celebrity premiere of the Picture, if any.
Premiere. Funders investing at least One Thousand ($1,000) dollars will receive an invitation to attend the 'cast and crew' premiere, if any, of the Picture, or the US commercial premiere, if any, as selected by Production Company. Funder shall be solely responsible for any travel and other expenses related to such attendance.
Premiere. Company shall invite Artist to one (1) U.S. premiere of the Picture, if any. If such premiere takes place at a Location and Artist attends, Xxxxxx shall be responsible for Artist’s costs of attendance.
Premiere. Premiere is hereby added as a "Shareholder" for -------- purposes of the Agreement. For purposes of Section 1.17 of the Agreement, "Equity Securities" shall include, without limitation, the Series E Common Stock of the Corporation. Exhibit A to the Agreement (as referred to in Article II of --------- the Agreement) is hereby updated as provided in Exhibit A hereto. For purposes --------- of Section 1.29 of the Agreement, "Participating Securities" shall include, without limitation, the Series E Common Stock of the Corporation.
Premiere. Producer will provide Artist with two (2) invitations to a premiere, if any, of the Picture (excluding film festivals at which the Picture is exhibited unless the actress in the role of “Xxxxx” receives an invitation to the applicable film festival) and, if any such premiere is at a location that is more than seventy-five (75) miles from Artist’s residence, then Producer will provide Artist transportation, accommodations, and a per diem which will be no less favorable to Artist than the transportation, accommodations and per diem furnished to the other performers (other than Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and X.X. Xxxxxxx) receiving same.
Premiere. Provided Artist is not in default of this Agreement and has fully performed all services hereunder, Company agrees to invite Artist and a guest to all major U.S. celebrity premieres, if any, of the Program. Artist and guest shall be provided with first class air transportation (if available and if used) and first class hotel and a per diem consistent with Com- pany’s policy.
Premiere. If Producer shall actually produce the Picture based on the Material, and if Writer is not in material default under this Writer Employment Agreement and if Writer receives sole or shared "Screenplay by" or "Written by" credit in connection with the Picture, Producer shall invite Writer and Writer's non-business related companion to attend the first major celebrity premiere of the Picture in the United States planned by Producer, if any.
