PREMIER PROVIDER. The entity named on the signature page hereto is referred to in this agreement ("Agreement") as the "Premier Provider" for the HTML page ("Page") on the Web site on Netscape Communications Corporation ("Netscape") accessed by pressing or "clicking" on the Net Search Button of the Navigator. (Netscape may, in the future, change the name of the Net Search Button. The Page may also be accessed from other locations on Netscape's Web site referring to the Net Search service.)

PREMIER PROVIDER. The entity ("Premier Provider") named on the signature page to this agreement ("Agreement") will be a premier search and directory service for the collection of HTML pages which Netscape maintains as certain of Netscape's local, non-U.S.-English web sites and language- and geographically-targeted mirror sites, in the languages and geographic targets as set forth below (referred to individually as a "Netscape Local Web Site" and collectively as "Netscape Local Web Sites"). Each Netscape Local Web Site shall include an HTML page providing local-language and/or geographic-targeted Internet search and directory functionality (such HTML page being referred to individually as a "Local Page" and collectively as the "Local Pages"). (Each language- and geographically-targeted combination listed under "Netscape Local Web Site" is referred to as a "Territory".)   • Provider If the Provider is a State Agency, the Provider acknowledges that it is responsible for its own acts and deeds and the acts and deeds of its agents and employees. If the Provider is not a State agency, then the Provider agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State and its officers and employees from all claims and liability due to activities of itself, its agents, or employees, performed under this contract and which are caused by or result from error, omission, or negligent act of the Provider or of any person employed by the Provider. The Provider shall also indemnify and save harmless the State from any and all expense, including, but not limited to, attorney fees which may be incurred by the State in litigation or otherwise resisting said claim or liabilities which may be imposed on the State as a result of such activities by the Provider or its employees. The Provider further agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character brought by any employee of the Provider against the State due to personal injuries and/or death to such employee resulting from any alleged negligent act by either commission or omission on the part of the Provider.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.   • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, an independent service provider, which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan.   • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.

  • Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:

  • The Service Provider upon receipt of a notice contemplated under clause 19.1 shall discontinue the supply of all services or goods under this Agreement, to the extent specified, and on the date specified in the notice.

  • Independent Service Provider The services to be performed by Service Provider are those of an independent service provider and not of an employee of the City of Fort Xxxxxxx. The City shall not be responsible for withholding any portion of Service Provider's compensation hereunder for the payment of FICA, Workmen's Compensation or other taxes or benefits or for any other purpose.
