Common use of Premature Redemption Clause in Contracts

Premature Redemption. In case the Company fails for any reasons to utilize the proceeds for the Purpose, as specified in the [Offer Letter/ Prospectus/ Disclosure Document], the Debenture Holder(s)/Beneficial Owner will be entitled to rescind/avoid the contract on that ground and to call back the money, if any paid towards subscription of the Debentures.
