Common use of Preliminary Schedule Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Schedule. A proposed Preliminary Schedule, including major milestones for the production of the design and construction documents, as well as the anticipated time required for construction is attached as Exhibit D. The Program Manager and the Owner agree that the time limits shown in the schedule are reasonable and achievable and that each will use its best efforts to meet the deadlines shown in the schedule. Changes in the major milestone dates will require the consent of both parties, which shall not reasonably be withheld.
