Preliminary Approval. Plaintiffs shall move the District Court and submit a proposed order, to be joined by Settling Defendants, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, attached hereto, requesting entry of an order preliminarily approving the settlement to the Settlement Class (“Preliminary Order”).
