Pregnancy and Parental leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario (Pregnancy and Parental Leave). Male employees shall be allowed one working day off without loss of pay on either the day of the birth of their child or the day their child arrives home.

  • Pregnancy and Parental Leave (a) Pregnancy/Parenting leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this provision.
