Preferred Provider - Doctors/Hospitals. 1. The parties agree that one or more Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) programs for hospital and physicians' services shall be provided through the Xxxxx County Council of Governments (COG) Health Insurance Program. Anyone, as of August 1, 2009, who has the traditional Mutual Health Program instead of the PPO, may continue such participation.
