Preconstruction Phase Fee. This fee shall be based on design costs if applicable, constructability review, value engineering and fee determination of Guaranteed Maximum Price. The fee for this phase in the amount of $ TBD shall be paid at the negotiated price upon receipt of the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Preconstruction Service Proposals will be incorporated by reference and attached hereto as exhibits.
