PREBID MEETING. 3.1 Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is mandatory, and it shall be a condition for submitting a bid, and the Town will not accept bids from bidders that have not attended the Pre-Bid Meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be held remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams ®. Invitations will only be sent to the registered planholders. There will be no site visits.
