Pre Season Sample Clauses

The PRE-SEASON clause defines the period before the official start of a season, typically in the context of sports, entertainment, or other recurring events. During this time, specific activities such as training, preparation, or promotional events may be scheduled, and certain contractual obligations or restrictions may apply to participants. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of their responsibilities and the rules governing conduct before the main season begins, helping to prevent misunderstandings and set clear expectations for the pre-season timeframe.

The purpose of the pre- season inspection and walkthrough is to ensure that both parties are aware of any existing damage at both sites; ii.
