Common use of Pre-Production Clause in Contracts

Pre-Production. LHI will store at the expense of CLIENT any CLIENT Materials, equipment or other property delivered pursuant to the Statement of Work to the Facility by CLIENT more than 30 days prior to the Commencement Date. The storage rates will be set forth in the Statement of Work and may be amended from time to time by LHI. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting 30 days prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the Production Term.

The storage rates will be set forth in the applicable Statement of Work and may be amended from time to time by LHILHI with prior written notice to CLIENT. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting 30 days prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon fifteen (15) days after the expiration or termination of the Production Term.
