Common use of Pre-Production Clause in Contracts

Pre-Production. LWI will store, at the expense of TiGenix, any TiGenix Materials, equipment or other property delivered pursuant to the Statement of Work to the Facility by TiGenix more than thirty (30) days prior to the Commencement Date. The storage rates will be set forth in the Statement of Work and may be amended by LWI once per calendar year, such amendment to be effective as from January 1st of the applicable calendar year. LWI agrees to provide TiGenix with thirty (30) days prior written notice of any such cost adjustment. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting thirty (30) days prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the Production Term.
