Pre-contract Disclosure. The Buyer consents to the Seller's use of electronic communication to give any notice or information required by law to be given to the Buyer and which was given before the Buyer signed this contract. Waiver/Shortening of Cooling off Period by a Proposed Buyer Under the Property Occupations Act 2014 a buyer may: 1. waive their cooling off rights before entering into a relevant contract; or 2. shorten their cooling off rights after they enter into a relevant contract. This form should be completed and signed either before or after the relevant contract is entered into depending on whether the buyer wishes to exercise option 1 or 2 above.
