Common use of Pre-Construction Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction Conference. 5.1 A pre-construction conference shall be held when requested by any party to this agreement prior to the commencement of work under a Construction Contract. Such conference shall be attended by a representative each from the participating Contractor/Employer(s), the Union(s) and the Project Manager.
