Pre-Closing Inspection. Buyer, or their chosen representative, has the right to inspect the property at a reasonable hour within 48 hours prior to the transfer of title to ascertain there has been no material change in the condition of the property and included items from contract. Seller shall leave premises in broom clean condition and be promptly notified of any problems discovered.
