Powers Cumulative. It is hereby declared and agreed that any one or more of the powers or any combination of the powers in this Agreement stated to be exercisable by the Subscription Receiptholders by extraordinary resolution or otherwise may be exercised from time to time and the exercise of any one or more of the powers or any combination of the powers from time to time shall not be deemed to exhaust the right of the Subscription Receiptholders to exercise that power or those powers or combination of powers then or any other power or powers or combination of powers thereafter from time to time.
