Power to Modify Foregoing Procedures. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of Article VI, but subject to Section 5.11 hereof, the Trustees may prescribe, in their absolute discretion, such other bases and times for determining the per Share net asset value of the Shares of the Trust or a Series or Class thereof or net income of the Trust or a Series or Class thereof, or the declaration and payment of dividends and distributions as they may deem necessary or desirable. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Trustees may establish several Series or Classes of Shares in accordance with Section 5.11.
