Common use of Power System Stabilizers Clause in Contracts

Power System Stabilizers. The Interconnection Customer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the guidelines and procedures established by the Applicable Reliability Council, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Transmission Provider’s Technical Standards. Transmission Provider reserves the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Generating Facility. If the Generating Facility's Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify Transmission Provider's system operator, or its designated representative. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Statutes and Regulations or Applicable Reliability Standards, the requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.
