Common use of Potable Water Clause in Contracts

Potable Water. The Town will provide potable water, and may in the future provide reclaimed water, to the Project in accordance with its applicable ordinances, resolutions, operating regulations, policies and procedures. The Town will provide potable water to the Property in sufficient quantities for development of the Project as contemplated herein, subject to the limitations and requirements of permits issued to the Town from time to time by the St. John’s River Water Management District in connection with water consumption.
