Common use of Postponements Clause in Contracts

Postponements. Except as provided in Article IX, Section 1(c) and (a), the Joint Trade Committee may, for good cause shown, postpone any hearing upon the request of a party or upon the Joint Trade Committee’s own initiative, and shall also grant such postponement when all of the Parties agree.
