Common use of Posting Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Posting Vacancies. 15.1 (a) All regular full-time vacancies will be posted the first Wednesday following the week during which the Board becomes aware that a vacancy will exist. In the event a Department decides to review its staffing requirements then the posting of the vacancies may be delayed.
