PROMOTIONS AND VACANCIES 3.1 The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification that is being filled. Only those candidates who have the position-specific skills and abilities required to perform the duties of the vacant position will be referred for further consideration by the employing agency.
VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for transfer to a different class, building or position shall be made in writing, one copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent and one copy shall be filed with the Association. The application shall set forth the reasons for transfer, the school, grade or position sought, and the applicant's academic qualifications. Such requests shall be renewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Board.
Posting of Vacancies At the point the Department proceeds to fill a vacant position by open competition, lateral transfer or promotion, such information will be publicized within the Department for a minimum of five (5) working days.
Scheduling of Meetings Either party may request a meeting of the UFE- Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. When requested, a Committee meeting will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place. The Committee will meet at least once per quarter; but additional meetings may be scheduled by mutual agreement.
Posting of Positions Notice of any opening for a promotional position shall be posted in all schools and departments by the Division of Human Resources & Equity.
Calling of Meetings A director may, and the secretary or an assistant secretary of the Company, if any, on the request of a director must, call a meeting of the directors at any time.
Posting of Agreement 68.1 To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS 20.1 At least five clear days’ notice shall be given of any general meeting. Every notice shall specify the place, the day and the hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be conducted at the general meeting and shall be given in the manner hereinafter mentioned or in such other manner if any as may be prescribed by the Company, provided that a general meeting of the Company shall, whether or not the notice specified in this Article has been given and whether or not the provisions of the Articles regarding general meetings have been complied with, be deemed to have been duly convened if it is so agreed:
Appointments to Fill Vacancies in Trustee’s Office The Company, whenever necessary to avoid or fill a vacancy in the office of Trustee, will appoint, in the manner provided in Section 7.09, a Trustee, so that there shall at all times be a Trustee hereunder.
Posting of Communications (a) The Borrower agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make any Communications available to the Lenders and the Issuing Banks by posting the Communications on IntraLinks™, DebtDomain, SyndTrak, ClearPar or any other electronic platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).
