Common use of Posting Notices Clause in Contracts

Posting Notices. County shall have the right at all reasonable times and places to post and, as appropriate, keep posted, on the Premises any notices which County may deem necessary for the protection of County, the Premises and the Improvements thereon from mechanics’ liens or other claims. Lessee shall give County at least ten (10) business days prior written notice of the commencement of any work to be done on the Premises, in order to enable County timely to post such notices.

County shall have the right at all reasonable times and places to post and, as appropriate, keep posted, on the Premises any notices which County may deem necessary for the protection of County, the Premises and the Improvements thereon from mechanics’ liens or other claims. Lessee shall give County at least ten (10) business days prior written notice of the commencement of any work Alterations to be done on the Premises, in order to enable County timely to post such notices, except in the event of an emergency, in which case only such notice shall be required as is practicable given the relevant circumstances.
