Posting Notices. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on teacher bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building. The Association may use district mail service and teacher mailboxes for communications to teachers. No material shall be placed in the teachers’ mailboxes that can be construed to deal with participation in, or information about any strike, work stoppage, or work slowdown.
