Posting Notice. The Employer shall post on the employee’s bulletin board a duplicate copy of the reporting form sent to the Administrator’s office of payments made to the Health and Welfare Fund on behalf of the employees, at the time payments are made. Letter of Understanding The parties may by mutual agreement during the term of the Contract establish a committee to be known as the Joint Council 7 Labor-Management Health and Welfare Committee consisting of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives. The Committee shall consider the feasibility of consolidating all or some of the plans. Any consolidation of plans may be made only by mutual agreement to the parties.
