Common use of Posted Schedules Clause in Contracts

Posted Schedules. (a) The hours of work shall be posted four (4) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked. The schedule will cover a period of not less than six (6) weeks and not more than twelve (12) weeks unless a longer period is mutually agreed between the Bargaining Unit representatives on the Bargaining Unit Grievance and Labour Management Committee and the Employer.

The schedule will cover a period of not less than six two (62) weeks and not more than twelve six (126) weeks unless a longer period is mutually agreed between the Bargaining Unit representatives on the Bargaining Unit Grievance and Labour Union Management Consultation Committee and the Employer.
