Postal Clerks. Employees classified as Postal Clerks will not work outside of the Postal Outlet on work unrelated to the Postal Outlet. This will not prevent the Company from assigning other tasks to be performed within the Postal Outlet by Postal Clerks, such as handling of utility bills, lottery tickets, miscellaneous tickets, etc.
Postal Clerks. Employees classified as Postal Clerks will not work outside of the Postal Outlet on work unrelated to the Postal Outlet. This will not prevent the Company from assigning other tasks to be performed within the Postal Outlet by Postal Clerks, such as handling of utility bills, lottery tickets, miscellaneous tick- ets, etc. The Company will also designate one employee to be in charge of the Postal Outlet who will receive a premium of eighteen dol- lars and fifty cents ($18.50) per week. In the event the per- son in charge is absent on one or more of his or her regularly scheduled shifts, the Postal Clerk designated by the Company to replace that employee will be paid an additional fifty cents per hour for all hours worked in each additional shift so assigned. Employees not normally assigned to work in the Postal Outlet may be assigned to the Postal Outlet according to the pro- visions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Mail Packages that contain items that are prohibited per the housing contract should not be shipped to a residence hall, apartment or suite. If a prohibited item is received by University Mail Services it will be returned to sender.
