Common use of Post-Termination Benefits Clause in Contracts

Post-Termination Benefits. If Employee's employment is terminated for any reason other than Employee's voluntary resignation, the Fringe Benefits provided to Employee under this Article 6 shall be continued for a period equal to eight (8) months. In addition, Employee shall be reimbursed for all reasonable job search and placement costs incurred in securing new employment.
