Post-Termination Assistance. Subject to Section 6.1(i), the Executive agrees that after the Executive's employment with the Company has terminated the Executive will provide, upon reasonable notice, such information and assistance to the Company as may reasonably be requested by the Company in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its affiliates is or may become a party; provided, however, that the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for any related out-of-pocket expenses, including travel expenses.
