Post-Observation Conference. 1. Within five (5) working days of a formal observation the evaluator will hold a reflective post- observation conference with the employee. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s/educator’s evidence related to the scoring criteria/domains during the observation, and to discuss the teacher’s/educator’s overall performance and progress to date in all criteria/domains.
