Common use of Post-Closing Consents Clause in Contracts

Post-Closing Consents. In the event that the Purchaser should consent to close without any Consent listed in Section 3.21 of the Disclosure Statement, the Seller agrees to use reasonable efforts to diligently obtain such Consent(s) within thirty (30) days after the closing until such consents are obtained, provided that the Seller shall have no obligation to make any payments to the party whose consent is required. The Seller and the Purchaser will cooperate and assist each other in obtaining such Consents after closing.
