Post-Award Information. 1. Entities shall promptly publish or inform suppliers that have submitted a tender of the contract award decision.
2. Entities shall, on request from an unsuccessful supplier, promptly provide pertinent information concerning reasons for the rejection of its tender or the relative advantages of the tender the entity selected.
3. Entities shall, promptly after the award of a contract for a procurement covered by this Chapter, publish a notice containing at least the following information:
(a) the name and address of the successful supplier;
(b) a description of the goods or services supplied; and
(c) the value of the contract award.
Post-Award Information. 1. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted tenders of its contract award decisions. A procuring entity shall, upon request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with the reasons that the entity did not select that supplier's tender and the relative advantages of the successful supplier's tender.
2. No later than 72 days after the award of each contract covered by this Chapter, a procuring entity shall publish a notice in the appropriate paper or electronic medium listed in Section K of Annex 14-A. Where the entity publishes the notice only in an electronic medium, the information shall remain readily accessible for a reasonable period of time. The notice shall include at least the following information: (a) a description of the goods or services procured; (b) the name and address of the procuring entity; (c) the name and address of the successful supplier; (d) the value of the successful tender; (e) the date of award or the contract date; and (f) the type of procurement method used, and, in cases where limited tendering was used in accordance with Article 14.10, a description of the circumstances justifying the use of limited tendering. 3. Each procuring entity shall, for a period of at least three years from the date it awards a contract, maintain: (a) the documentation and reports of tendering procedures and contract awards relating to covered procurement, including the reports required under Article 14.10; and
Post-Award Information. Information Provided to Suppliers
1. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted a tender of the contract award decision. The procuring entity may do so in writing or through the prompt publication of the notice in paragraph 3, provided that the notice includes the date of award. If a supplier has requested the information in writing, the procuring entity shall provide it in writing.
2. Subject to Article 16 (Disclosure of Information), a procuring entity shall, on request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with an explanation of the reasons why the procuring entity did not select the unsuccessful supplier's tender or an explanation of the relative advantages of the successful supplier's tender.
Post-Award Information. 1. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted tenders of its contract award decision. Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 9.15, a procuring entity shall, upon request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with the reasons that the entity did not select that supplier's tender and the relative advantages of the successful supplier's tender.
2. Not later than 72 days after the award of each contract covered by this Chapter, a procuring entity shall publish a notice in the appropriate paper or electronic medium listed in Annex 9-B. Where the entity publishes the notice only in an electronic medium, the information shall remain readily accessible for a reasonable period of time. The notice shall include at least the following information:
(a) a description of the goods or services procured;
(b) the name and address of the procuring entity;
(c) the name and address of the successful supplier;
(d) the value of the successful tender or the highest and lowest offers taken into account in the award of the contract;
(e) the date of award or the contract date; and
(f) the type of procurement method used, and in cases where limited tendering was used in accordance with Article 9.12, a description of the circumstances justifying the use of limited tendering.
3. Each procuring entity shall, for a period of at least three years from the date it awards a contract, maintain:
(a) the documentation and reports of tendering procedures and contract awards relating to covered procurement, including the reports required under Article 9.12 ; and
(b) data that ensure the appropriate traceability of the conduct of covered procurement by electronic means.
Post-Award Information. Information Provided to Suppliers
1. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted a tender or application for participation of the procuring entity's contract award decisions and, on the request of a supplier, shall do so in writing.
2. Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 9.18 (Disclosure of Information), a procuring entity shall, on request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with an explanation of the reasons why the procuring entity did not select its tender and, for suppliers meeting the conditions for participation whose tenders pass technical specifications, the relative advantages of the successful supplier's tender. Not later than 30 days after the award of each contract covered by this Chapter, a procuring entity shall publish a notice in the appropriate paper or electronic medium listed in Section H (Publication of Procurement Information) of the Annexes to this Chapter. Where the procuring entity publishes the notice only in an electronic medium, the information shall remain readily accessible for a reasonable period of time. The notice shall include at least the following information:
(a) a description of the goods or services procured;
(b) the name and address of the procuring entity;
(c) the name and address of the successful supplier;
(d) the value of the successful tender or the highest and lowest offers taken into account in the award of the contract;
(e) the date of award; and
(f) the type of procurement method used and, in cases where limited tendering was used in accordance with Article 9.14 (Limited Tendering), a brief description of the circumstances justifying the use of limited tendering. Maintenance of Records
4. Each procuring entity shall maintain:
(a) the documentation, records and reports relating to tendering procedures and contract awards for covered procurement, including the records and reports required under Article 9.14 (Limited Tendering), for a period of at least three years from the date it awards a contract; and
(b) data that ensure the appropriate traceability of the conduct of covered procurement by electronic means. Statistics
5. The Parties shall endeavour to communicate the available statistical data relevant to the procurement covered by this Chapter.
Post-Award Information. 1. A procuring entity shall, not later than 72 days after the date of the award of a contract for a covered procurement, publish in an officially designated publication a notice containing at least the following information:
(a) a description of the good or service procured;
(b) the name and address of the procuring entity;
(c) the contract date or the date of award;
(d) the name and address of the successful supplier;
(e) the value of the contract award; and
(f) the procurement method used.
2. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted tenders of the contract award decision. Subject to Article 13.16, a procuring entity shall, on request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with the reasons why the procuring entity did not select its tender.
Post-Award Information. 1. Each Party, including its procuring entities shall publish a notice no later than 72 days after the award of each contract for a covered procurement. Such notice shall contain:
(a) a description of the goods or services procured, which may include quantity;
(b) the name and address of the entity awarding the contract;
(c) the contract date or the date of award;
(d) the name and address of the contracted supplier or winning tenderer;
(e) the value of the contract or the value of the winning award or the highest and the lowest offer taken into account in the award of the contract; and
(f) the procurement method used.
2. A procuring entity shall promptly inform suppliers that have submitted tenders of the contract award decision. Subject to Article 17.18, a procuring entity shall, on request, provide an unsuccessful supplier with the reasons why the procuring entity did not select its tender.
3. A procuring entity shall maintain documentation and reports relating to the conduct of procurements covered by this Chapter, including reports required by paragraph 3 of Article 17.15, for a period of at least three years after the date it awards a contract.
Post-Award Information. 1. Each Party, including its procuring entities shall publish a notice no later than 72 days after the award of each contract for a covered procurement. Such notice shall contain:
Post-Award Information. (a) Contractor shall fully execute two (2) counterparts of the Contract Agreement including all the contract documents upon receipt of Notice of Award.
(1) Copy of all insurance certificates required in Articles 1, 2, and 3 of these Supplemental Conditions.
(2) Major equipment schedule. A firm commitment in writing from all suppliers of equipment that will be leased shall be provided. Equipment shall be open to inspection prior to commencement of work to verify soundness and reliability.

(b) Within ten (10) workdays days after receipt of Notice of Award, Contractor shall submit to the City the following post-award information:
(1) Performance Letter of Credit (s).
(2) List of proposed subcontractors, if any.
