Post. The term “Post” for purposes of this Agreement shall mean Post Properties, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and any successor to Post.

Post. 10.1. To arrange suitable forwarding of all correspondence addressed to the Landlord at the Property direct to the Landlord’s forwarding address.
Post. Pay G.9.a. Effective July 1, 2005, Intermediate P.O.S.T. pay shall be paid at 5% of the top step (step 9) of Police Officer. Advanced P.O.S.T. pay shall be paid at 9% of the top step of Police Officer pay. Supervisory P.O.S.T. pay shall be paid at 9% of the top step Sergeant pay. Management P.O.S.T. pay shall be paid at 15% of the top step of Police Lieutenant. Such pay shall commence on the pay period following the employee meeting the eligibility requirements for the P.O.S.T. certificate. The minimum specified standards shall be at least those prescribed by P.O.S.T. as of the date the employee completes the P.O.S.T. application form, which will be held by the department until all submission documents are obtained.
Post. 2017YE Reclamation Liability means liability to reimburse costs for reclamation of all Disturbances that are not classified as Pre-2017YE Reclamation Liability; provided that Post-2017YE Reclamation Liability does not include Reclamation A&G Expenses or costs of Reclamation Work.
Post. Post may elect to control, and have the sole discretion in handling, settling or contesting, subject to Sections 10.02(d) and (e) below, any Tax Contest relating to (i) all Tax Returns for which Post is responsible for preparing and filing under Section 4.03, (ii) all Transaction Taxes assessed against Post by the applicable Taxing Authority, and (iii) all Recoverable Taxes.
Post. Pay Employees in this unit holding an Intermediate POST certificate shall continue to be compensated at 3% of base salary bi-weekly. Employees in this unit holding an Advanced POST certificate shall be compensated at 10% of base salary bi-weekly. Effective July 5, 1999, employees in this unit holding an Advanced POST certificate, and who have completed 15 years of service as a Deputy Sheriff, shall be compensated at 12.5% of base salary bi-weekly. Effective July 5, 1999, employees in this unit holding an Advanced POST certificate and who have completed 24 years of service as a Deputy Sheriff shall be compensated 15 % of base salary bi-weekly.
Post. 8.11.1 Departments/Divisions that do not have post bidding shall not be required to implement post bidding as a result of this Agreement.
