Possession and Rent. Lessee shall be entitled to take possession of the Premises immediately following the execution of this Lease by all parties and upon approval of the Española City Council. This Lease is entered into in consideration of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s payment of $149.50 per month as rent beginning on the date of approval of this Lease by the Española City Council. Either party may at any time terminate this Lease with 30 days written notice whereupon the deposit will be refunded provided no damage incurred to building and its contents.
