Possession and Rent Clause Samples
Possession and Rent. Lessee shall be entitled to take possession of the Premises immediately following the execution of this Lease by all parties and upon approval of the Española City Council. This Lease is entered into in consideration of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s payment of $149.50 per month as rent beginning on the date of approval of this Lease by the Española City Council. Either party may at any time terminate this Lease with 30 days written notice whereupon the deposit will be refunded provided no damage incurred to building and its contents.
Possession and Rent. Possession and Rent. Lessee shall be entitled to take possession of the Site immediately following the execution of this Lease by all parties and upon approval of the State Board of Finance. In consideration of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s provision of healthcare to Lessors public school students pursuant to Lessee's obligations under its contracts with the federal government (HIRSA) and in consideration of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s investment of approximately $500,000 in improvements to the premises, use and occupancy of the Leased Premises by Lessee shall be permitted without further consideration paid to Lessor.
