Common use of Positions Clause in Contracts

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Financial Officer of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position positions of Chief Executive Officer Vice President of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position positions of Chief Executive Officer Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position positions of Chief Executive Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive in the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Operating Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties may mutually may agree, and Executive shall report to the Board.

In addition, Executive will also be nominated to serve as a member of the parties mutually may agreeBoard of Directors of Company (the “Board”).

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer of CompanyGroup President, or Hydrocarbons and/or in such other positions position(s) as the parties mutually may agreeCompany determines.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, the Company shall employ Executive in the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties may mutually agree, and Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or in such other positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Accounting Officer of Company, the Company or in such other position or positions as the parties mutually may agree.

Positions. From and after the Effective Date, Company shall employ Executive in the position of Chief Executive Officer of CompanyGroup President, or Infrastructure, Government and Power and/or in such other positions position(s) as the parties mutually may agreeCompany determines.
