Position Upon Return. A teacher returning from an approved leave of absence shall be assigned to a position for which the teacher is legally qualified.
Position Upon Return. Upon return from leave, the employee shall be assigned to the same or an equivalent position, in terms of pay and other terms and conditions of employment.
Position Upon Return. Upon the expiration of a Pregnancy, Parental or Voluntary Leave of Absence (Child Care) leave which did not exceed two years, the Teacher will be assigned a position in the same division, unless a divisional change is mutually agreed upon between the Teacher and Principal.

The primary consideration shall be that continuity of instruction for the students be maintained to the maximum possible degree.
Position Upon Return. The District shall “attempt to” return the employee to a position comparable to the assignment held by the employee immediately prior to their commencement of leave.
