Common use of Position and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position and Responsibilities. (a) During the period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer or which, consistent with the office, is delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. (a) During the period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. Position and Responsibilities. (a) During The Executive shall be employed as the period of ExecutiveCompany’s employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Officer. The Executive shall devote her full working time, attention and energies to the performance of her duties for the Company and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans general management and accounting practices control of the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Chief Financial Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank.

Position and Responsibilities. (a) During the period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to shall serve as Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company (or in a capacity and the Bank. Position and Responsibilities. (a) During Executive shall serve as the period Senior Vice President, Finance of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, the Company. Executive agrees to serve perform services, not inconsistent with his position, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans general management and accounting practices control of the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Operating Officer or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank.

(a) During the period of Executive’s 's employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Senior Vice President and President/Chief Financial Officer Officer/Treasurer of the Company and the BankEmployer. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Officer/Treasurer or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Board of Directors. During the term of this Agreement, Executive Officer also agrees to serve as a director of the Company and the BankEmployer, if elected to serve in such position.

During the period provided in this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, as an officer of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Bank, and in such capacity carry out such duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident responsibilities reasonably appropriate to the office of Chief Financial Officer or which, consistent with the that office, is delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank.

(a) During the period of Executive’s employment under this AgreementTerm, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President President- Finance and Risk, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and and/or in such other senior management position(s) as the BankBoard of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) may designate. In this capacity the Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans such duties, authorities and accounting practices of the Company responsibilities as are commensurate with such position(s) and the Bank, and shall perform all such other duties and responsibilities as the Board shall have all powers which designate that are commonly incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer or which, consistent with the office, is delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Banksuch position(s).

Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans general management and accounting practices control of the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Credit Officer or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank.

(a) During the period of Executive’s 's employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President of the Employer and Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Lending Officer of the Company and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Lending Officer or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Board of Directors. During the term of this Agreement, Executive Officer also agrees to serve as a director of the Company and the BankEmployer, if elected to serve in such position.

Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Vice President and Chief Financial Lending Officer/Chief Operating Officer or which, consistent with the that office, is are delegated to him by the President and Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the Company and Bank (the Bank“Board of Directors”).

(a) During the period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as Executive Vice President President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Secretary of the Company and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility for the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident to the office offices of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Operating Officer and Secretary or which, consistent with the officethose offices, is are delegated to him by the Board of Directors of the Bank (the “Board of Directors”) and/or the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the BankOfficer.

Position and Responsibilities. (a) During the period Period of Executive’s employment under this AgreementEmployment, the Executive agrees to serve as Executive Senior Vice President -- Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Company, and the Bank. Executive shall have responsibility to be responsible for the overall financial plans typical responsibilities expected of an officer holding such positions and accounting practices of the Company and the Bank, and shall perform all duties and shall have all powers which are commonly incident such other responsibilities consistent with such positions as may be assigned to the office of Chief Financial Officer or which, consistent with the office, is delegated Executive from time to him time by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the BankCompany.
