Common use of Portfolio Management Duties Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Management Duties. (a) Subject to the supervision of the Manager and of the Trustees of the Trust, the Sub-Adviser shall manage the composition of the Fund Account, including the purchase, retention and disposition thereof, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives, policies and restrictions as stated in the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (such Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information for the Fund as currently in effect and as amended or supplemented in writing from time to time, being herein called the “Prospectus”).

Portfolio Management Duties. (a) Subject to the supervision of the Manager Adviser and of the Trustees of the Trust's Board of Trustees, the Sub-Adviser shall will (i) manage the composition of the Fund Account, including the purchase, retention and disposition thereof, Portfolio's assets in accordance with the Fund’s Portfolio's investment objectives, policies and restrictions limitations as stated in the Fund’s Trust's Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information Information; (such Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information ii) make investment decisions for the Fund as currently in effect Portfolio; and as amended or supplemented in writing from time (iii) place orders to time, being herein called purchase and sell securities (and where appropriate) commodity futures contracts for the “Prospectus”)Portfolio.
