The PORTABILITY SERVICES clause defines the obligations and procedures related to transferring data, services, or functionality from one provider or system to another. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required for a customer to retrieve their data or transition services at the end of a contract, including timelines, formats, and any assistance the provider must offer.
