Port Terminations Sample Clauses

The Port Terminations clause defines the conditions under which a party may terminate access to or use of a specific port or terminal facility. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for providing notice, the circumstances that justify termination—such as breach of contract, safety concerns, or regulatory changes—and any obligations that arise upon termination, like removal of equipment or settlement of outstanding fees. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for ending port-related arrangements, thereby managing risk and ensuring both parties understand their rights and responsibilities in the event of termination.
