Pooled Minutes. Each channel purchased in connection with Trunk Service includes a monthly allotment of 200 minutes of domestic long distance. These minutes shall be pooled at the Service Location level within an account. Any usage in excess of the earned amount shall be considered overage and be rated at the then current rate. Unused minutes expire at the end of the billing period and are not carried forward or otherwise creditable to Customer’s account.

Trunk Service that fails to materially conform to the stated technical specifications and performance standards but is not a considered a total loss of service as defined in the SLA shall be entitled to Credits as identified in Article 11.1 herein. Comcast may change or modify the SLA (“SLA Revisions”) by posting such SLA Revisions to the Website. The SLA Revisions are effective upon posting to the Website.
