POLICY TERMINATIONS, CHANGES. AND REINSTATEMENTS Whenever a change is made in the status, plan, amount or other feature of a policy reinsured under this Agreement, the Reinsurer will, upon receipt of notification of the change, consider adjusted reinsurance coverage in accordance with the provisions of this Article. The Ceding Company will notify the Reinsurer of any change within ninety (90) days after its effective date.
