Policy Revisions. 300. The Parties acknowledge that the City has recently undertaken and continues to undertake important changes to its accountability and oversight systems. The provisions in this Agreement are intended to continue to build on these changes. The City’s accountability and oversight policies and procedures must comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement, and promote trust between MPD, the City, and the communities they serve.
