Policy Restrictions. (1) Any insur- ance on essential buildings as defined in § 1806.3 having restrictions which limit the amount of collectible insur- ance must meet the Agency require- ments set forth below (except for the clause described in paragraph (d)(1)(iv) of this section which is never accept- able); otherwise, such restrictions must be eliminated or modified to afford the required protection.
