Common use of Policy Procedures Clause in Contracts

Policy Procedures. The Employer reserves the right to establish reasonable departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures not inconsistent with the provision of this Agreement. Such rules, regulations, policies and procedures shall be available for inspection and review by employees, if such rules, regulations, policies and procedures concern working conditions. If the POLC believes that such rules, regulations, policies and procedures are unreasonable, a grievance may be filed within ten (10) days after the establishment of such rules, regulations, policies and procedures and thereafter considered in accordance with the Grievance Procedure. This will acknowledge that the parties have agreed to the Drug and Alcohol Policy in the Sheriff’s Office as corrected.
