Common use of Policy Notification Clause in Contracts

Policy Notification. Pyxis shall provide Pfizer with certified copies of such policies or original certificates of insurance evidencing such insurance: (a) prior to execution by both Parties of this Agreement, and (b) prior to expiration of any one coverage. Pyxis shall provide that Pfizer shall be given at least [***] written notice prior to cancellation, termination or any material change to restrict the coverage or reduce the limits afforded.
