Policy Handbook. A. The District shall provide each newly employed licensed employee a copy of the Philomath School District Policy Handbook. The District shall ensure that District Policy Handbooks shall be updated and will be available online and for download at the District website. Any employee may print a copy of the Policy Handbook on a District printer. B. The Association President and building representatives will also be provided with updated policies.
