Policy Dialogue. 4. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program. Without limiting the generality of the above, the Borrower shall provide ADB with an opportunity to comment on relevant policies, strategies (including the National Strategy for an Inclusive Financial Sector), studies, and draft laws, ordinances, regulations and guidelines that are likely to impact on Program objectives and implementation.
